Topa! provides cocktail recipes, bar tracking tools, and Premium features.

4. Subscriptions

Billing: Monthly subscription via Apple or Google.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation: Managed through your app store account.

Refunds: Handled by Apple or Google.

5. Free Tier

We may change or limit free features at any time.

6. User Content

You own your content but grant us a license to use it within the app.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it illegally.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

We may earn commissions from third-party product links.

9. Disclaimer

Topa! is provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law
